2. Are the colours in the photos accurate?

Yes. We shoot in natural light, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings.

3. Are your products handmade?

Most of our products are handcrafted, so minor variations in texture, colour or shape are natural and add character.

4. Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes, COD is available on select orders.

5. How long will shipping take?

Orders are usually dispatched in 2–3 business days, and delivery takes 3–5 business days depending on the location.

6. What if my product arrives damaged?

We offer a 100% replacement guarantee for transit damage. Just share an unboxing video within 24 hours.

7. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes, we accept returns/exchanges for eligible products within 3 days of delivery.

8. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking link.
