Refund & Return Policy
We offer a 3-day return window. You have three days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To qualify, the item must be unused, unworn, in the original condition you received it, with all tags and packaging intact.
To initiate a return, please email us at hello@torahomeofficial.in. Returns must be shipped to the provided address, or we can coordinate a pickup for an additional charge.
Once your return request is approved, we will share a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how to send your package.
Please note that items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item so we can resolve it promptly.
A complete unboxing video is mandatory to process any damage or defect claim.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain products, such as custom-made or personalized items, cannot be returned.
Sale items and gift cards are also not eligible for returns or refunds.

Exchanges
For the quickest exchange, return the item you have. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: banks and credit card providers may require additional time to process and post the refund.
